Photo Manipulation, also known by other generic names, such as “photo trucage,” is a layered reshaping of a photo. By staging the subject / model in another environment, worked and modeled from scratch.
Sometimes chosen for entertainment, sometimes for commercial purposes, photo manipulation is very often used to create visuals in order to generate an alternative reality for the viewer, a slapstick.
